You agree that your use of our Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications. We may update these Terms at our discretion — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GNR Media is a community-powered marketing system and growth platform that equips small and medium-sized businesses with essential tools, systems, and expert support for marketing success. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Foundational marketing systems (CRM, funnels, automations, SEO, content publication).

• Strategic backlinking and organic ranking strategies.

• Website optimisation.

• Ad strategy and strategic ad feedback services.

• Lead generation systems and outreach frameworks.

• Community access, templates, scorecards, planning frameworks, and ongoing coaching.

We also provide optional add-on services and integrations aligned to your marketing needs.

4. Eligibility

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, capable of entering into legally binding contracts, or that you are accessing the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Plans: We offer tiered subscription plans with different services and deliverables (e.g., Basic, Pro, Premium).

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Payments: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. You are responsible for providing valid payment details and keeping them updated.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for time already used.

Price Changes: We may change fees with notice.

6. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

Misuse, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or unlawfully exploit any software or tools we provide.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or systems.

Use our platform for spam, illegal outreach, or any form of unlawful communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, tools, and deliverables provided by GNR Media are the intellectual property of GNR Media or our licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them solely in connection with your active subscription.

You may not copy, distribute, resell, republish, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our written permission.

8. Community Conduct

When interacting within community spaces (forums, groups, comment threads, events, etc.):

Be respectful, professional, and lawful.

Do not harass, defame, or discriminate against others.

Do not post harmful, abusive, or unlawful material.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend membership for violations.

9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our Services may integrate or link with third-party software (e.g., CRMs, analytics, social platforms). We do not control these third parties. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms and policies. GNR Media shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of access, suspension, restriction, deletion, hacking, disabling, or removal of any third-party account, platform, website, social media page, advertising account, domain, hosting environment, or digital asset owned or controlled by the Client. This includes, without limitation, actions taken by third-party platforms due to policy violations, algorithm changes, technical errors, security breaches, or other circumstances beyond our control. The Client acknowledges that all third-party accounts remain the sole responsibility of the account owner and are governed by the respective platform’s terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GNR Media provides Services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Your results may vary based on many factors and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GNR Media and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. Under no circumstances shall GNR Media be held liable for loss of data, loss of accounts, suspension of social media pages, advertising account shutdowns, domain or hosting issues, platform outages, or any disruption to third-party services, even where such services are connected to or managed through our systems.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GNR Media from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect, store, process, and share your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, at our discretion, with notice where required.

Upon termination, your rights to access the Platform and Community end immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GNR Media is registered. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

16. Feedback

All feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our Services become the sole property of GNR Media and may be used without restriction.
